The Kardashians Take The Reality [TV] World

It’s been a long time for me to postpone writing about this cool family, which now becomes the high-rated reality TV series on E! Network, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. This reality TV is showing the personal and professional lives of the Kardashians and Jenner’s family members.
Let me tell you about the family members:
1) Kris Jenner: The mom and the manager of the family. She’s also one of the Executive Producer of the show. She was married to Robert Kardashian, the defense lawyer on O.J. Simpson Murder Trial and they divorced in 1990. The marriage has given three daughters and one son. Then, she married to Bruce Jenner and together they have two daughters.
2) Bruce Jenner: The Olympic decathlete who married Kris in 1991. The stepfather of Kris’ daughters and son always becomes a mediator for many problems happen in the family.
3) Kourtney Kardashians: The oldest sister, the girlfriend of Scott Disick and the mom of Mason, the baby of her together with Scott.
4) Kim Kardashians: The middle sister who always becomes a main-centered attention since season one. She was married to an American basketball player who plays with NBA’s New Jersey Nets, Kris Humphries and divorced for only 72 days.
5) Khloe Kardashian: The youngest sister but the tallest sister in the family. She married to Lamar Odom, an American professional basketball player who plays with NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. She’s my favorite girl in the family because she’s smart and she’s “very true to who she is”.
6) Rob Kardashian: The only brother and the youngest one in Kardashian family. He’s a model now after graduating from his college.
7) Kendall Jenner: The daughter of Kris and Bruce who grown up as the beautiful girl and becomes a model.
8) Kelly Jenner: Another Kris and Bruce’s daughter and the sister of Kendall, who also becomes a model.
The show has been aired for six series and achieved awards. The first was The 2010 Teen Choice Award in the category of Teen Choice TV: Reality TV and The 2011 People’s Choice Award in the category of Favorite TV Guilty Pleasure. What an amazing achievement. The show that I really hate at the first time I saw it (because I thought it was just another stupid reality TV, which showing the “porn side” of the family), but now, I do really enjoy it so much. Unbelievable!
The interesting part of the show is the language. They use many slang words and unique words such as “Doll” as the same meaning with “Dude ”, and “Yellow” to say hello to the close person like friend and family. The F and B words are also easy to find in the episodes.
In the first season which aired in October 2007, they lived in two million dollar house which owned by Kris and Bruce Jenner in Calabasas, California. In the following season, I can see Kim’s condominium and Kourtney and Khloe's townhouse and then in the fifth season, each of them has the big house (I have no idea about the price). And I give them two thumbs up, because it's like everything they touch, turn money. HA! I know it’s too materialistic, talking about their assets, but I just want to say that, I’ve been following them since the beginning. Yeah, I know I was not following the whole episodes of all six series, but if I couldn’t watch them on TV, I reached them on YouTube. ;p
My favorite season episodes all time I think is the sixth season. Because it was filmed in such a beautiful place, Bora Bora Island in Tahiti. The story was also interesting. Kris Humphries was introduced in the show and the drama heated up. In this season, Kris Humphries proposed Kim to be his wife.
After the successful series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, then other spin-offs were coming in. First, “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” which aired for two seasons and the third season will come soon. Second, “ Kourtney and Kim Take New York” which also aired for two seasons. Third, “Khloe and Lamar” is another spin-off which aired for one season and there will an upcoming season. Behind all of these successful series are Ryan Seacrest for Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP) and Jonathan Murray for Bunim/Murray Productions.
Beside those series, they're also now working as business women. They produce fragrances, denim, cosmetics and many projects I may don't know yet. They're live in the spotlight and they're smart to make it as a fortune. Good Dolls! AHA!

Many critics are sent to this family, about how the family looked so materialistic and how Kris exploits her daughters. But Hey...Why are people so serious? Like Jessie J lyric in the song “Price Tag”. People have their own life, why not we just respect them and take the positive things that we can learn from them. Forget about the bad things, make those just like the entertaining part of the show. Is it a good deal for you, haters? *LOL*
